We guarantee the merchandise to be new and with full manufacturer's warranty. All items are checked for mint condition, operation and appearance prior to shipment. Original condition items returned within 10 days from delivery date may be subject to 15.0% restocking fee at the judgement of Eurolokshop. Returns may not be honored for special orders, programmable digital equipment, videotapes, DVDs and all purchases after 10 days. Back ordered merchandise within USA and excluding items released by manufacturer after the purchase, will be shipped when it becomes available without additional shipping charges. Shipping charges for any returned merchandise including repairs will be the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case a wrong item was shipped.
WARRANTIES
Our products are guaranteed to be brand new, authorized merchandise from the manufacturers we carry, and with full warranty as specified and detailed in the accompanying product brochures. Generally warranty period is one year and covers all manufacturing defects but will not cover any issue deriving from abuse or improper operation.
