Standard continental USA orders are either shipped by ground UPS or U.S. Priority Air Mail service at the rates below. Original condition items returned within 10 days from delivery date may be subject to 15.0% restocking fee at the judgement of Eurolokshop. Returns will NOT be honored for special orders, programmable digital equipment, videotapes, DVDs and all purchases after 10 days. Please ensure condition and operation as soon as the items are received. Back ordered merchandise within USA and excluding items released by manufacturer after the purchase, will be shipped when it becomes available without additional shipping charges. Shipping charges for any returned merchandise including repairs will be the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case a wrong item was shipped. Cancellations of orders, backorders and reservations will only be honored if stated in writing by letter, fax or email - a confirmation from Eurolokshop regarding the cancellation will be necessary for the cancellation to occurr. Simply emailing a message and not receiving the confirmation from us will not stop the order, as email be be easily lost or filtered out by spam servers.

If you choose insured transport, and in the unlikely event of parcel damages while in transit to the customer's destination, Eurolokshop will require to file a claim with the transport carrier. You will be required to save all outside packaging as well as inside boxes. Digital images showing clearly the damages from several angles will simplify the documentation for the carrier. In all cases, claim insurance will be limited to the carrier's maximum for the type of service chosen at order time.
